# How To: Clear Cache/Cookies

## Sometimes even browsers need rebooted - here's how to make it behave.

- #### **For Chrome Users:** [Clear Cache & Cookies](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop)
- #### **For Everyone Else**:
  
    - Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or go to the 3 dot menu in the upper right corner of the app)
    - Click 'Clear Browsing Data'
    - Click 'Clear Data'
    - For time range, select 'Last Hour'.
